2.2 Use of the Members' Area

To use our portal, the customer must register. The required data is entered and stored directly by the customer or their designated representative. This includes the company name and contact information of the contact person (name, email address, phone number), as well as payment details, which are securely stored with an external provider (currently STRIPE). The customer receives login credentials to access the portal. All data mentioned is used solely internally for the purpose of communication between SALESIANER Regio AG and the customer.

We assume no liability for password misuse unless it is attributable to SALESIANER Regio AG.

2.3 Handling of Contact Information

If you contact us, the website operator, using the contact options provided, your information will be stored so that we can use it to process and respond to your inquiry. This data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

3. Our customers' data

Our customers pick up rental linens from Linen2GO service boxes themselves and return soiled rental linens to the service boxes. To facilitate the service, the customer provides us with the necessary data and information when placing the order.

This data is stored and used solely for the purpose of providing the services requested by customers. Access to the data is restricted to authorized personnel at SALESIANER Regio AG and is password-protected.

3.1 Purposes of processing

We process your personal data that falls under the following data category:

  • Company Information
  • Contact Information
  • Contract details
  • Billing information
  • Order Details

The data you provide is necessary for the performance of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot enter into or fulfill the contract with you.

The purpose of the data processing is to process and transmit data in connection with the business relationship, including text documents (such as correspondence) created and archived using automated systems in this matter.

5. Processing of video recordings in the Linen2GO Service Box

Linen2GO uses video cameras to record the entrance and the entire interior of the Linen2GO service boxes, including outside of normal operating hours. The recordings serve, on the one hand, to ensure the technical proper execution of Linen2GO’s services and, on the other hand, to ensure the safety of users as well as to protect the property of SALESIANER Regio AG.

The applicable Swiss data protection law, in particular the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), serves as the governing legal framework for the aforementioned data processing. The processing of the aforementioned data is necessary for the provision of Linen2GO’s services and thus serves to protect the legitimate interests of SALESIANER Regio AG. Photos and videos are deleted within 72 hours of being taken, unless security-related incidents require longer retention.

6. Rights to Information and Data Protection

Under applicable Swiss data protection law, you may at any time request information about the personal data we process regarding you. You may also request the correction of inaccurate data and—provided the legal requirements are met—request the erasure or restriction of processing, as well as revoke any consent you have given with future effect. This does not apply to data we require for the performance of a contract or to comply with legal obligations.
